Look at this experience. It seems like ’time’ is passing, but really the world is just changing.

In this post, the world includes the content of the mind, too.

Most people are lost in the world, always focusing outwards, and living in that outwards place.

If we‘re taking pictures of a beautiful land from a moving car we would bring the camera inside the car if it started raining.

This is the same as coming back to ourselves when we start feeling negative emotions. Unfortunately some people cant seem to bring their camera back inside the car so it gets wet and breaks after a long enough time.

Life can be lived entirely from the comfort of the car (from the Self), but sticking our camera out of the car is fun- adventure is fun.
