No Nut November is about to end, and many will have failed. Whoever has failed should know that those who reboot with relative ease are gentle with themselves- they have a sense of humour about it, and do not threaten themselves with doom.


Going from using porn to not using porn is a big neurological shift- it's like taking a leg away from a stool- the brain has to find other ways of maintaining balance, so don't worry too much if you've slipped.


Keep going, and remember that your social life is super important. If it sucks, work on it. There are many ways to do this which we can chat about if you want to,
