tried To do this solo. didn’t know these groups was a thing. glad to find this. day 1 for me ready to make a serious change and take back my energy
Hi everyone I just join the group and was wondering how others on nofap are doing. I've been on hard mode since October last year and had some hiccups on the way but overall getting better.

Been aware of nofap for a while but started more seriously during January of this year. It has not been easy, but I have seen improvement as well.
