Service Description

In these sessions, we practice mindfulness meditation, cultivating moment to moment awareness while allowing our body and mind to come to rest, accepting what is. We nurture calmness, follow our breathing, watch our thoughts, and let go of them, settling into moments of "being" (rather than "doing"). We bring awareness to every breath we take, being fully present with our senses, our surroundings, our body as we breathe in and out. Eva uses a mainstream approach to mindfulness and meditation and aims to make it accessible and safe for all.
