About the event

Greetings, dear visitor,

David here,

I’ve had sugar addiction for as long as I can remember- I’d have sugar in my tea as a child, and sugary breakfast cereal before school every morning- how I still have my teeth I don’t know!!

I already knew that I was stuck in a trap of using food to numb my emotions while I was living with my parents, but after I moved out- it became *super* clear, and a long, seriously painful recovery process was underwent.

After lots of research and experience, focusing on how what I eat affects my energy-levels, I came to a conviction that junk food is bad for me and I don’t want to ever eat it again, and whole foods are actually good for me and I only ever want to eat foods that don’t have ingredient lists. I used to have a kind of ‘heaviness’ over me, and my experimentation has shown over and over again that it was in large part due to what I was eating.

I’m fascinated by this and desperately want to help people with this for free- I’ve set up a free group for having weekly online meetings for an hour each time (could possibly go over) about overcoming mild food addiction. I might not be able to help with severe food addiction, but I certainly feel able to with more mild food addiction to start a new chapter with healthy eating.

If you want someone who’s actually passionate about healthy eating and wants to see you get healthier and happier- I’m your guy 👍🏼

The only money I make is from my online clothing store, so you can be confident that I’m

We’ll discuss cooking healthy meals, the mental dynamics of addiction, becoming immune to the industry’s efforts to keep us unhealthy, and you’ll get out on to great resources like podcasts, videos, and books.

I really hope to meet you soon!

David
